Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026 · Compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023
What data we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect your name, work email, company name, and the content of your enquiry. We do not use tracking cookies beyond what is necessary for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not currently use analytics on this website. If this changes in future, we will use a privacy-respecting service (such as Plausible) that does not collect personally identifiable information or set cookies, and we will update this policy at that time.
How we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any engagement you initiate. We do not use it for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required (for example, in response to a valid legal order from an Indian court or regulatory authority). Contact form submissions pass through our hosting provider and are delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider. Both process your data on our behalf under their respective data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for 18 months from the date of last contact, after which it is permanently deleted. If we enter into a commercial engagement, data retention is governed by the terms of that engagement.
Your rights under DPDP
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pavaktech.com.
Grievance officer
Under India's DPDP Act, you may contact our grievance officer at privacy@pavaktech.com for any privacy concerns. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to existing contacts via email.
